McEwan, Martinez, Dukes, Hall & Vancol, P.A. is a mid-size Civil, Personal Injury Litigation firm located in Orlando, Florida. We have been in practice over 75 years. Our main practice areas include Medical Malpractice, Auto, Trucking Defense, Health Law, Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation and Appeals; and Government Agency Proceedings.

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to become part of our team.

The skills we are looking for:
Proficiency in Litigation
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Minimum 3 years litigation experience

Essential Job Functions:
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions and briefs
Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases
Conducting depositions
Assist with trial preparation and attend trials and mediations
License /Certification

Florida Bar admission in good standing (Required)
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

This position is full-time in office at our firm located in downtown Orlando.  We offer paid vacation and sick time, medical, dental and vision plans, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
