POSITION TITLE: Associate Family Law Attorney
LOCATION: Clackamas, OR (Just outside downtown Portland—easy commute, no downtown traffic!)
COMPENSATION: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Commensurate with experience)
JOB TYPE: Full-time

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our Managing Attorney to advocate for clients during pivotal moments in their lives. You will:
- Manage domestic relations case files from intake to resolution.
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations (with active mentorship and shadowing to start).
- Maintain strong, empathetic communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Utilize our firm's modern software platforms to keep case updates seamless.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Credentials: Member in good standing with the Oregon State Bar (or awaiting bar exam results).
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent legal research abilities, and clear written/oral communication.
Mindset: An eagerness to learn family law, a collaborative team spirit, and a respectful, diplomatic approach to sensitive legal issues.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and an aptitude for legal tech.
